I bought this after a good deal of research. I wanted something that set flush on my mp3 players. I didn't want something dangling --- that's why I didn't want cords anymore. I also wanted something easy to use. There's not a lot written about this unit on the Web but it looked worth a try to me.When I got it I charged it. Took less than two hours to get a full charge. It charges via USB -- has no AC. I read the instructions and, while poorly written, it did more or less lead me in the right direction.A bit of an annoyance is that the on/off switch is on the side that faces the player. So be sure and turn it on first. It would be nice if it was on the outside.After a bit of trouble paring I got the knack of it and now use it with all three of my mp3 players, which range from one very old Creative Nano to a slightly newer but still old GPX to a new Creative Zen X-f1. I am paring it with my Jabra Extreme, which I use for my phone.Now, I listen mostly to audio books so I don't need stereo or great sound quality. If I did, I would certainly get another headset. But the Nolan transmitter is great and I highly recommend it.-- Susanna K. Hutcheson
