This seemed like a good idea, but the swivel feature was a little bulky and was unstable when in portrait mode on my lap. I found the "Marware Vibe Case Cover with Stand for Kindle Fire, Red" which I liked better. It is well made, and the Fire nicely snaps into it without any obscuring straps. The Marware has adjustable angles for the landscape mode, and that seems to be a good mode for both videos and ebooks, so I do not need the swivel after all. The Fire adjusts the text lines to fit, usually with a larger font.
