I looked at dozens and dozens of cases before I decided on the CaseCrown Regal Flip Vertical Case in red for my new Kindle 4 (Kindle, Wi-Fi, 6" E Ink Display - includes Special Offers & Sponsored Screensavers). I don't think you will find a better quality product. The color is a rich, deep red, not a brash fire-engine color. The case is real leather and looks much more expensive than it is. Also, the vertical style of this case means I don't have to worry at all about my Kindle coming out of the case when I toss it in my purse or gym bag - it is totally surrounded when the case is closed. Even when the case is open, the Kindle is only open at the top and I have to make an effort to take it out--it won't come out even if I hold it upside down unless I shake it vigorously (which I did only over a soft surface of course). Long story short (too late), this is a great cover. I read horror stories of cases looking cheap or the magnets in the closure migrating so the case no longer closed. No worries about either here. The red color is sublime and the closure design is excellent--it's a magnetic button "snap" closure so it's very secure.So how good is this case? Well, I only NEED one case, but I'm tempted to come back for other colors "just 'cause". :-) I'm tyring to restrain myself though--the Kindle was only $79 (what a bargain!) so I really shouldn't spend more on cases than it cost, although at this great price (less than HALF of what it cost on the CaseCrown site), I COULD pick up a few more without doing that... hmmm... lol.***UPDADTE: 1/9/12***I still love my CaseCrown Vertical Flip case for my KINDLE 4, but I wanted to note that the case has stretched a little with use (it IS leather after all) so if I turn it upside down when it is OPEN the KINDLE will slide out. HOWEVER, when the case is closed the KINDLE is as secure as can be. For me this is not a deal breaker. When I'm not sitting or in bed reading my case is ALWAYS closed because I want my KINDLE protected. When I'm reading I'm not in the habit of turning my case upside down or throwing it across the room so I can't envision a scenario when my KINDLE would ever fall out of its case.For my money, this case is the BEST VALUE for your money AND when you have it open (and snap the tab closed behind the KINDLE), it makes for a comfortable and sturdy way to hold your "book" in one hand. I was initially reading with the KINDLE "naked" and using the case only as storage, and while that was comfortable, I've found that reading with the case folded back as I've described is the best physical book reading experience I've ever had. It truly makes a difference, especially when reading in bed.
