The picture does not actually correspond exactly to the product. What you get is so much better! The reader is not held in place by simple rubber straps as it is the case in the picture, it slides into a leather frame from the top, and to avoid the reader slipping out from the top, a piece of leather folds over it like a flap in a packing box. There is space to store the pen that was sent with it too and all main functions are accessible without moving the reader.It's real leather, so it smells really good (well, for the people who like the smell of leather) and is overall of great quality. I recommend it without hesitation!
