I had mine for about three months when it started leaking air. It seems the manufacturer only supports it for 2 months and after that you are out of luck. I think it's unfortunate that they'll only stand behind the product for such a short time. They did offer to replace it for $10, but the bottom line is that anything you pay for a leaking bag of air which is only 3 months old is too much. I recommend that people look at the Hog wild Peeramid book rest instead. It's been reviewed by 112 people and gets 4 and a half stars. I own one of these as well and love it and I'll be using it now instead of the deflated bookwedge! I also thought that it was interesting that the Bookwedge company would rather have an unhappy customer, than support their product for a year. Avoid!

I travel a lot. I am hard on my electronics. I tend to want minimum space and durability, and I read everything in the world. First, the e reader took out about 3-4 inches of space in my purse ( I always have a book with me) whopee! No 2 pound book to lug around. then, to protect that wonderful faux book and light weight comes this great leather...did you hear that? LEATHER cover that fits perfectly over my book to protect it from bumping and dings! Added to the slim line and the leather, the top that will fold back has an ID slot, credit card slots and a space for money. This little item, always with me will be my travel wallet! Only one wee problem, the elastic on the upper right side to keep the ebook in place is at the same place as the on off button. I tend to remove that while I read, it is no big deal and there is no other place to put the elastic, but expect that. I am tickled that as a massive reader, that I have both a slim and light way to read, covered by a very stylish and sturdy cover that has more than one use. The price about 20.00, more than worth it for the value and it was delivered in a very timely manner. This product, I would spend my time to review, as I am purely delighted with the quality, the usefulness and the beautiful look. Get one now! I hope you will be as impressed!

All of the bad reviews for this poor device got me a little worried about getting it. Let me clear things up. The guy who said you can't delete books from the nook is TOTALLY wrong. In your library, all you have to do is double tap the book and hit archive. And to people who say it can't do as many things as it should, it's an EREADER. eREADERS are for reading. If you want to listen to music, get an iPod. Last time I checked iPod shuffles are like 50 dollars. Trust me, I'm a musician and i love music too, but the nook without music is fine. The same thing goes for games. You get an ereader to read, not to play games. iPads, iPhones, and iPod touches a great for games. I have a nook and an ipod, an im surviving. Now the only other bad thing I've really heard is that the glowlight hassle elope tears and holes in it. I've only had mine for a few days so I can't say whether or not that will happen. So far, it hasn't.Now, to get the the real point of a review. I find that the nook is very comfortable to hold, and it looks very good. At first I thought the grippy black/ grey paint would attract dust and get things like lint and dog fur stuck to it like silicone cases do, but I was so wrong. The grip makes it very comfortable to hold, and it's not at all squishy or dust attracting. The indent on the back of the nook makes it even better to hold.The screen looks very good to me, and I love love love the glowlight. I also love how easy it is to dowload library books. You download some adobe program to your computer, find your library on the Internet, and presto! Jus download the book, plug in your nook, and you're done!Over all, I simply love the nook. It looks great, feels great, and works great. It does exactly what it's supposed to, nothing more, nothing less.Also, don't buy the nook from Amazon. They're charging people 169 when the price anywhere else is 139. Go to Bestbuy, Walmart, or Barnes and Noble.
