I had mine for about three months when it started leaking air. It seems the manufacturer only supports it for 2 months and after that you are out of luck. I think it's unfortunate that they'll only stand behind the product for such a short time. They did offer to replace it for $10, but the bottom line is that anything you pay for a leaking bag of air which is only 3 months old is too much. I recommend that people look at the Hog wild Peeramid book rest instead. It's been reviewed by 112 people and gets 4 and a half stars. I own one of these as well and love it and I'll be using it now instead of the deflated bookwedge! I also thought that it was interesting that the Bookwedge company would rather have an unhappy customer, than support their product for a year. Avoid!
